Direction

Sometimes in life we think we are heading one way and we end up in a little different direction even though our thoughts remain focused on the end.

Direction, we all need it. Even if it is just to get started.

Why make life harder that it has to be?

Value

To realize The value of a sister/brother: Ask someone Who doesn't have one.

To realize The value of ten years: Ask a newly Divorced couple.

To realize The value of four years: Ask a graduate.

To realize The value of one year: Ask a student who has failed a final exam.

To realize The value of nine months: Ask a mother who gave birth to a stillborn.

To realize The value of one month: Ask a mother Who has given birth to a premature baby.

To realize The value of one week: Ask an editor of a weekly newspaper.

To realize The value of one minute: Ask a person Who has missed the train, bus or plane.

To realize The value of one second: Ask a person Who has survived an accident.

To realize the value of a friend or family member: LOSE ONE.

Time waits for no one. Treasure every moment you have. Take chances, laugh often, be passionate about something, go for your dreams!

The author is unknown, as well as I have added my thoughts. This is one of those serendipitous moments that just spoke to me. If it spoke to you a well, think about why...WHY are you on this earth? Are you here to live or you here to THRIVE?

30 Day Commitment

It didn’t start out to be a 30 day commitment,

I just couldn’t help but see the signs.

Sunday’s Post on Facebook

I've decided to take these next 30 days and commit to being open to the serendipity that has been happening in my life. I know that we all have a path to follow; what I would like to do is see how obvious it can be :-)
Yesterday was wonderful!
I worked, spent time with my children, had a date night with my love and ended up at a presentation by Ian Putney of the Wellington Chiropractic about the toxins to avoid in today’s food supply. Interesting that there was an internet article written the same day that you can read here. It was an eye opener to where we are headed if people don’t take action. It really made me think I was on the right path with ASEA. If I don’t share the message of hope and healing, who will?

Today was a lot of fun as well.
I started the day off with kissing the family goodbye and heading to BNI. My afternoon was spent working in a special way. I am in the process of growing a Tribe with my girl friends so we had our weekly mastermind call. We have been trying out different things and this week Kimberly decided to get on the video chat. Have you ever done that before in a business setting? I must say, I have not! It is always great to connect with the tribe but seeing my beautiful friend made it even more special. The serendipitous part was when Monique shared about her friend and his eye. It triggered something in me. The Vision I guess you can say. The eye around the moon, the watchful eye that’s been constant in my life.

It will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings.

“Today expect something good to happen to you no matter what occurred yesterday. Realize the past no longer holds you captive. It can only continue to hurt you if you hold on to it. Let the past go. Weekend therapy

If someone ask you,

What have you been up to?

How would you respond ?

I was recently ask this very question.

I had finished my taxes and was feeling really good about all the tax deductions I was able to take as a Independent Associate with ASEA. It was also after a night of serving at our church and then going to my friend’s birthday party. All I could think of was, I love my life. I feel so blessed to be on this journey, at this very moment.

So, I thought, what would be a reasonable answer to such a common question. The only obvious answer came to mind so I responded, Just playing around and having fun. It felt good to say it that way, and I can’t imagine my life any other way. I love to work and contribute, I just don’t want it to feel like work!

Some of what I’d like to share on this blog is things that I have found that help me.

Balance is key.

You must renew and recharge to be able to give of yourself.

I am so grateful for the loving support of my family and friends. I realize that people are in your life for a reason and I am in awe of the people that God has placed in my life.

I have a deep passion in my life, and I absolutely love sharing my life with others. So, this weekend is just a little piece of my life that gives me joy.

Me, working in the office on a new video.

It was fun and I’m looking forward to sharing it with you!

True to the Title

Metamorphosis

I guess I should have named this blog, The Days of Metamorphosis. It seems like I’m always evolving, always growing in faith, knowledge and love.

Today I want to share about ASEA. We are coming out on Tuesday, yes THIS week with a game changing TOOL. I can’t tell you how excited I am that to be a part of this company, at this time.

What I have found is, many people frown upon joining a young company. Although we are a young company, we have a product and leadership that has never been done before and I have complete faith in the journey I have chosen. In the past three years, I have been able to sit down with the owners of the company, look them in the eye and tell them my reputation is on the line and I could not bear to do harm to anyone.

With the unwavering conviction of a life changing product coupled with an opportunity of a lifetime, and now a tool to go with it, I can hardly stand waiting until Tuesday!

Balance

We must have balance in our lives to survive...

By nature I like to work. I was raised in the 70’s and everyone pitched in then. It was fun, hanging out with my family, not a care in the world. My dad was an electrician so there was always plenty to do for him, and I liked to help whenever I could. It seemed like he was always building something, or we were going camping, and you know everyone has to pitch in then! So, you get it, if I like what I am doing, it doesn’t seem like work at all and I want to do it all the time :-).

What I have found though, is balance is one of the keys to success. I want to play and have fun but I realize if I am going to make a difference in this world, I don’t want to do it on a small scale. Raising a growing family, as well as having two jobs has its challenges of course, but we make our dreams become reality one choice at a time. Right now I am choosing to let Go and let God take care of my life knowing that I am well cared for as I choose to share my success with others.

I have been blessed to partner with so many people that have enriched my life, in so many ways, than I ever thought possible. I feel this new support system of friends and family in my life has brought a lot of balance to me. A place to check in...

If you’ve been longing for something more in your life and you’re just not sure what it is, stick around an see if you like what you see. I’m always looking for partners that have a big heart and a caring attitude.

I’d love to connect with you on Facebook!

Spirit Control

This weekend had a lot of meaning for me.

It was one that I had set aside to spend with my daughter at an Art Retreat.

It’s amazing how God works... I got a call earlier in the day requesting that I be on a conference call to introduce a system we’ve been waiting on for the last 6 months. I had to make a decision; honor the commitment I had to my daughter, or take the call and hear first hand what lies in my future. Let me tell you, I hated to miss the call but when you have an 11 year old who expects you to be present when you say you are, this was my time to be the example I speak about so much.

It’s one of the moments where you have to Let Go, and Let God be in control, and I did just that. Two days filled with Spiritual interactions with each other and God. It was a time of prayer, meditation and creation. It was soul filling...

My message to you is, take time to see where the Spirit leads you. See where you can connect and let your authentic shine. I do believe when you take the time to REALLY be present, you are a gift.

Tree of Life

My daughter and I creating lasting memories.

Blessings, Kathy

PS, The new system is amazing and I can’t wait to share it with you!

“God made the world for the delight of human beings-- if we could see His goodness everywhere, His concern for us, His awareness of our needs: the phone call we've waited for, the ride we are offered, the letter in the mail, just the little things He does for us throughout the day. As we remember and notice His love for us, we just begin to fall in love with Him because He is so busy with us -- you just can't resist Him. I believe there's no such thing as luck in life, it's God's love, it's His.”

Is it Groundhog Day???

What day is it?

I just saw my life flash before my eyes...I came in the house planning on writing some things down that need to be done to the house. When I reached for a notebook to use, I picked up one from 2008/2009 and I read about some issues that I’ve already had to deal with. It seems I am going through some of them again to learn a lesson. It was funny, because it’s so obvious now.

So, I give it all over to God. I know that he has our highest good in mind, I have faith.

I ask the angels for guidance more often, and am learning new skills. I love my life, and am looking for a few partners who would like to make a difference in the world to join with me.

A Little Grey Hair

What do you see when you look in the mirror?

Looking in the mirror today I noticed something I hadn’t seen before. More grey hair that I would like to admit. The grey doesn’t bother me, I am thankful to have hair as there are many who do not. It did get me thinking though...where has the time gone? It seems not so long ago that my children were young and I had all the time in the world. Now, it seems the days past way too quickly and we are all trying to play catch up. If I feel that way, there has to be others that feel that way too.  I would love to hear your thoughts and what you are doing to catch up.

If money were not an issue, what would you do with your life?

Creative Finances

I learned the concept a long time ago, but just recently understood the full meaning of creative finances.

I know the gas prices here are really putting a hurt on people so I thought I would share a conversation I had recently with my dad involving credit cards. My parents taught me at a young age to live within my means, be generous with the gifts I am blessed with and not to be foolish with my money. They taught me to use credit to my advantage and recommended that I get credit cards with no fees and

 that would paid me back.

My super smart dad shared how he saved almost $.30 a gallon at Kroger when they weren't offering that large of a discount. He took what they offered and then used his highest return credit card to pay for the gas. He commits to paying off his debt each month and has saved a lot of money making purchase this way. His friend even bought a vehicle on his credit card to save money!

One of the ways I have found to be successful in creative finances is network marketing. It’s a way to make a difference in your income without the burdens of an 9-5 job, and is rewarding on all levels. Just the savings in taxes alone has made a huge difference in our lives financially. This is a serious matter that can be made into a lot of fun. I love connecting with like minded individuals and would love to have a conversation with anyone who is ready to take action with their finances.

Would YOU like to be part of an online business that REALLY works? Would you like to start saving tax money right away? There’s nothing better than making a living while making a difference.

Mind Control

Why is a molecule that can expand consciousness such a threat to the government that it must criminalize that molecule and imprison those who attempt to produce it, possess it or use it?

This article is about advances in science and the role our government plays. Please take the time to learn more here.

ASEA holds multiple patents on the arrangements of molecules that are native to the human body and before now, unproducible outside the body. It is precisely this ability to supplement a diminishing supply of the molecules that activate antioxidants and improve signaling capacity that will an able us to heal faster, recover quickly and age slower. This is an historic breakthrough and SHOULD be patentable and the intellectual property should be able to be protected. If you would like to know more about ASEA, click here.

Crystal Energy

Have you ever thought about Crystals and the energy they give off?

Are you called to nature and find yourself collecting trinkets to take home?

Do you have a passion for rocks and minerals?

Crystal Energy Therapy  is a whole new world for most people, and yet it is a growing field of alternative healing. If you would like to know more, click here.

Crystals have held our fascination for thousands of years by their energy and sheer beauty. Knowledgeable healers in every culture on Earth have used their powers since time began, and the amazing attributes of crystals can bring healing into our lives now, more than ever before.

How do they work?“A crystal is a solid material, whose constituent atoms, molecules, or ions are arranged in an orderly repeating pattern extending in all three spatial dimensions.” This Wikipedia definition gives us a clue as to how they work: the key here is “orderly repeating patterns.” This is the latticework that allows energy to be transferred and transformed as it moves through the body of the crystal. The energy of the crystal attracts any negativity in the field and raises the vibratory levels until the field is in harmony with itself. From this comes a feeling of deep relaxation and replenishment.

As always, the pictures don’t do the beauty of the rocks justice.

Life form

What I am learning is that there are three types of people, those that are awake, those that are waking up, and those that are still asleep.

I have been awakening for quite a few years myself, with a major breakthrough this past summer. I made a conscious decision to avoid negative people and to spread the gift of JOY to everyone I meet. That in itself can be life changing but I went a step further. I have been seeking out networks of people that want to heal the world. It seems like a daunting task but if enough people are awake, the end result should be nothing short of amazing.

Do You Have a Plan?

Are you a planner or do you just let life happen?

If you ask me that question before 2013 I would say I just let life happen. I have always been a live and let live kind of girl, what can I say :-).

As I write this, I have a great sense of accomplishment. It’s as if all of the good intentions and creative ideas have all fallen into place. I realize that one of the keys to success is organization, and all its takes is a little planning. Once your plan is in place, the execution should be the easy part! Don’t get me wrong, it seems I’ve always had a plan, just not the space to spread my wings. Today, I am ready to soar.

Some of the things that I have done to become organized (in no particular order).
  • Love the space you work in (make it feel like a place to escape to instead of from)
  • Put things back where they belong when your done using them
  • Use a daily/weekly/monthly at a glance calendar
  • Have a comfortable chair/couch or someplace in addition to your desk to work from
  • Take breaks often (unplug completely for a time throughout the day)
  • Schedule reminders for appointments
  • Have fun
  • Make the commitment to success
It’s really that simple.

I would love to hear some of the ideas you use to be successful in life!

The Magic of Thinking Big

Have you ever thought about it, really thought about it?

Have you ever dreamt of a life so BIG, that you can give back and still have plenty for yourself?
What does that feel like to you???

In the first chapter of the book, The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz, Ph.D.
It says, Believe You Can Succeed and You Will.

It then offers the following solution. How to develop the power of belief:

  • Think success, don’t think failure.
  • You are better than you think you are.
  • The size of your success is determined by the size of your belief.

The book also suggest to train yourself on a schedule, a schedule that permits you to set some definite time each day to train yourself in the principals of success.

What if it was that easy?
Would you do it?
What if it was hard?
Would you do what it takes to succeed then???

What if I could introduce you to a network of people that are dedicated to our success?
Would it be worth 15 minutes of your time?

We are thinking BIG!

Time to Share

I know it’s a little late to share this, but I feel the need to tell my whole story...
When you find your passion in life, you often find solutions to help your dreams become reality. I would like to share my story with you, it’s about the journey and passion, as well as what I discovered along the way.  I have faith that I am on the right path, and have complete gratitude to be thriving in life.

I am the middle child of wonderful parents who instilled in me the power to love and to always have faith.  They encouraged me to follow my dreams and they have supported me every step of the way.  I am blessed to have given birth three times and I have a loving family that I enjoy very much.  I've been married to Joe for 15 amazing years and feel as if we are still newlyweds. I believe I was put on earth for a reason, and now it's time to share some of those reasons. I have been touching people's lives through my work as a successful Cosmetologist, treating people as I would like to be treated.  I have always had a strong focus on communication, health, and wellness and I have received continued education in those fields.  My journey of self-discovery has led me to a group of people who are filled with passion and hope.  Hope for a better tomorrow, and living for today.  My hope is we can share our dreams, and we can find success together.

I have found that the Internet is a great way to reach people that may be looking for solutions.  I selected the beauty industry to develop my talents and to serve others but my significant years of experience as a Master Cosmetologist, has well prepared me to help others find their passion.  My intuition and deep spirituality have led me to where I am today... living a life of purpose and joy.
I AM here to help you navigate through our changing world with confidence ...
I AM here to bring innovative and new solutions to the world. It starts with an open heart and mind.

Turtle Speed

Have you ever felt like a Turtle was your power animal?

Find out more here

I love the thought of a power animal!

I have had turtles given to me from as far back as I can remember. I've always been fascinated with their compact ability! Really, I didn't know why I collected them, I just did. I still have the giant one I received as a child, to the tiny one in the window and all the sizes in between. They just make me feel good, connected to the earth.

Think about what animal keeps showing up in your life. Does thinking about the animal give you a genuine warm feeling?  See if something resonates with you... I know I have found one of mine.

Reflections

I'm always amazed at how fast time flies by.

What do you say when you hear, "We are helping people regain their dignity, their health and their financial freedom"?

Do you say, where can I join?

That's exactly the words I heard this weekend in Baltimore, MD by Dr. Gary Samuelson, Ph.D as well as the words, "Maybe, this is the most significant thing I've seen in my career."

I'm saying, I'm thankful to be in a company where people think like this.

The Journey

When you think of traveling, what comes to mind?

Destination
Weather
Companions
Safety
Preparation

All of these things and more come to mind.

There are lots of life lessons we learn along the way, but really what matters most, in my opinion is the journey you're on. One of the greatest lessons I have learned, is to share my journey with others. There is nothing more rewarding than traveling through life with people that you care about.

If you enjoy going places, stick with me. This is going to be one amazing ride!

Be the example...

I hear people all the time worrying about our youth. With three young children, believe me, I understand. So, this got me thinking.

What if WE were really responsible for raising our youth?

Let me explain, I believe in boundaries inside of boundaries. I think all children want to to know where the boundaries are, even if they don't realize it. When you set healthy boundaries, children feel safe and are able to spread their wings. There is no greater joy than to see a life really living.

Just remember, even if they don't say a word, they're watching you.

If you know me, you might know a little bit about me. And if you didn't know me before, you're going to learn something about me...

See, I've been looking for a home for my ideas for sometime now. It just seemed the name didn't fit so I couldn't move forward. Something special happened today...I founded the 'Giving birth to prosperity' Facebook page and I am thrilled about it.

I would love to share it with you, here it is!

Success building

Michael Jordan, one of the greatest athletes of all time, achieved the astounding level of success because he was confident in himself. Michael holds the basketball's leagues record for most missed shots. He was also cut from high school basketball tryouts and didn't make the team. This shows that he didn’t let constant failure stop him from being persistent and pushing through to success and victory.

Today I am focusing on the successes in life.

Jumping in with both feet!

I did it.
I have committed myself to a path of no return.
I love connecting and feeling the energy of others.
I love being open to new experiences and meeting new people.
I think there is so much value in relationships and I feel blessed to be in the relationship business.

Today I started a six week class with Laurel from Illuminating Souls and I am more than ready to do the work. It really makes me think...why did I wait so long?

The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention.... A loving silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words.

5 and a half years later...

I don't hardly know where to begin. I guess the first thing that comes to mind is, half of my daughter's life in that time frame. My oldest graduated from high school and I became a great aunt, three times and so, so much more. So, here's to living!

The one thing that I realize, it has taken me longer to come out of my cocoon than I expected. Really, I didn't know what to expect, just that I was growing.

I must say, the journey has been interesting and a story to be told...Just not today.

Change is inevitable, growth is intentional. ~ Glenda Cloud
